How It Works
Every MAP-IT-OUT VIP DAY is unique and your day will be tailored to your specific needs and goals in order to achieve the best results possible.
Book your Map-it-Out VIP Day at least a week in advance so we both have time to prepare! Please ensure to choose a day where you can be virtually available to review everything we work on together. Secure your day with a 50% deposit and you’re all booked in!
Once you’ve booked your VIP Day, you’ll receive a an onboarding email, outlining your “homework”, and a questionnaire so we can learn about you and your business and to help us understand how we can help you. Then we will conduct an audit about your business. You will also receive a link to schedule your kick-off call. The completed questionnaire is due 5 days prior to the confirmed booking date.
IN DEPTH STRATEGY QUESTIONNAIRE
AUDIT
Usually 3 to 5 days before your VIP Day, we will have a 15 to 30 minutes online video call to go through your pre-work, create a plan together and make sure we’re on the same page with expectations. This will make sure that our time together is 100% efficient.

VIP DAY PROJECT PLANNER
On your VIP Day, we will start the day discussing the audit results, review your goals, discuss your questionnaire and clarifying your vision and the missing pieces needed to bring that to life. We will tick off your priority list at a rapid pace. We’ll brainstorm, organize, structure and map it all out.
We’ll block out 4 hours to hang with you during our private Zoom meeting. Your VIP day will be divided into 4 separate one hour intervals – with breaks in between for reflection, rest and snack. This day is about you and we will focus our time where it will make the biggest impact in your business leaving you with a customized action plan and clear next steps. After a brief break, we move our conversation toward where we get laser focused on ideas and develop a strategy blueprint. We then have a wrap up session and finalise your gameplan, so you go home feeing ready to implement!
